Professional experience

Richard has been a conveyancer since the end of 2018. Richard started out at another local law firm gaining a wealth of experience within Conveyancing and decided to make the leap and joined Torode Advocates in August of 2023. Richard deals with all aspects of conveyancing, assisting clients in a variety of transactions from purchases of open market and local market properties, investment properties, commercial units, company transfers, trust restructures, exchanges, property splits, schedules and agreements.

Richard is keen to provide clients with a high level of care and guidance throughout each transaction.

Beyond the day job

Richard is an avid horseman, with two showjumpers that he competes not only locally but also in the UK and Europe.  In a typical gesture of giving back to the sport he loves, Richard is also a member of the committee of the Guernsey Branch of British Showjumping.
