Disputes can be both expensive and stressful, but we specialise in finding non-contentious resolutions by analysing title with reference to historic records, maps and aerial photographs; and negotiating compromise documents.
Litigation should always be a last resort, and we do not offer a contentious practice. Instead, we are regularly asked to provide expert advice in matters where the parties have sadly been unable to find a compromise between them.
