Professional experience

Prior to joining Torode Advocates, Lissy worked for an extensive period of time dealing with the administration of offender management within the criminal justice system. Lissy comes with a diverse skill set under her belt, including Recruitment & HR, Accounts Administration and PA experience.  Desperate to get back into a role where she could make a real difference in people’s lives again, she joined the team in June 2025 as Mark’s Executive Assistant. Lissy assists Mark day-to-day with his busy workload and the processing of Wills and Estates for those at very challenging points in their lives.

Beyond the day job

Outside of work, Lissy enjoys going out for good food with good people and watching true crime documentaries. She also enjoys walking and exploring new areas of the island and has recently completed a 48 mile walk around Jersey with her partner Ali, and survived! They are now on the hunt for their next challenge… ideas, welcome!
