Professional Experience

Joe started as a conveyancer in 1981, which is a testament to his sector expertise. His vast experience means he has personal knowledge of thousands of local properties, bringing a unique problem-solving ability to transactions. The comfort provided by “Ah yes, I did something similar in 1985 with the house next door” cannot be understated.

Joe’s is driven by “working with and for real people” and his motivation is to consistently provide outstanding bespoke customer service. He gets satisfaction from helping clients achieve their property goals and aspirations in both an effective and practical way.

Beyond the day job

In his spare time, Joe likes to think long and hard about home improvements, gardening and exercise while drinking a glass of red wine and watching TV.  He is also a music fan and takes every opportunity to see local and visiting bands (especially those with a late ‘70s/early ’80s influence) and he can often be found tinkering with classic scooters or his 1967 Morris Minor saloon.
