Making a Will is key to taking control of your personal affairs and ensuring that your estate passes to those you want to benefit. Drafted properly, they can provide certainty and peace of mind, and not least because of the foibles of Guernsey law we recommend that all adults at least take advice as to the consequences of not having a Will in place.

We believe that Wills should be considered to be living documents, and we regularly review and evolve them for clients as they journey through life with all of the changes that time might bring.
